Rates are based on double occupancy. We prefer a 5 night minimum booking, otherwise there will be an additional clean up fee of $45 if less than 5 nights and $75 if less than 3 nights. Call for last minute special discounts.

High Season: During high season from December 15th to January 31, we do not have weekly rates.
